The Doctors take time to explain everything. Dr Ruben has been extremely thorough in his care of me and ensuring I understand everything in relation to my health and condition. Reception staff are very efficient and helpful. You are able to get a same day appointment if you arrive early morning. Getting through on the phone in the morning for a same day appointment can be difficult.

The doctor Ruben always is very lovely, patient and my family and I feel very comfortable with him. Sometimes we take long time waiting for but it is okay to us. I think it is normal. Everything fine!
